How much time needed for the delivery to Mainland China?
As advised by China Post, due to the serious backlog at the inbound mail processing facilities, mail delivery services to the Mainland China are subject to delay. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.

Can I get refund if order cannot be delivered?
Order will be returned to Watsons if customs clearance is not success (takes around 3-6 months depend on return procedures of customs and China Post). We will arrange refund within 4-6 weeks once received order.

Can I get refund if product is broken?
Please send the pictures through email “watsons_cs_eservice@asw.com.hk” and customer service department will contact you shortly.

Why I need to do the second declaration?
ID card information is not complete and required you to do the second declaration.
