係咪做完運動後食嘢會特別吸收、容易肥啲嫁?NO!NO!NO! 我地成日覺得做完運動食嘢會肥,係因為好多時我地做運動前冇食夠,做完運後變得好肚餓食多左,所以先會容易肥。唔想做運動愈做愈肥,快啲留意下運動前後嘅飲食貼士啦!
True or False: Eating right after exercising will cause weight gain. FALSE! When we plan when and what to eat on our workout day, post-exercise meals and snacks not only will not cause weight gain, but also will help replenish the nutrients that are lost during exercise.
早起運動型 Morning exercisers
如果你喺一早起身做左運動先返工,咁做運動前就食個簡單小食,例如簡單一塊方包,幫身體補充一下碳水化合物,為肌肉提供能量,做運動都起勁啲啦!
If you work out early in the morning before heading to work, it is best to have a snack before exercising. A carbohydrate containing snack around 100 calories is about the right amount of energy you need for a quick workout after a long night of fasting. A good example of the snack would be a piece of toast.
夜間運動型 Evening exercisers
如果你鍾意放工後先做運動,咁就最好安排運動向正餐後1-3小時。一餐營養均衡嘅正餐可以為幾小時後嘅運動提供充足嘅能量。但如果你想做左運動先食晚餐,你可以向運動前15至30分鐘食一個簡單小食,例如一隻香蕉或一個橙,提升一下能量。大家放心,做完運動食晚飯唔會容易肥,記得食番正常份量,營養均衡就得喇!
If you prefer hitting the gym in the evening, make sure your main meal is 1-3 hours before your workout. A well-balanced lunch should be able to provide sufficient energy your need for your late afternoon workout. Working out before dinner? You can have a piece of fruit to give you an energy boost 15-30 min before your workout. Don’t worry about gaining weight when eating right after exercising, just consume the same amount you would normally have.
