How to Redeem Water Coupon
• After customers purchase water coupons, the balance of water coupons will be updated in their accounts after about three working days after confirmation by Watsons distilled water customer service department.
• Customers can order water by any of the following ordering methods before 5:00 pm on weekdays.
• Unless otherwise instructed by the customer, Watsons Distilled Water will replace the order instruction on the same delivery day with the customer's latest order. You must be registered (online or otherwise) as a Watsons Online Store user in order to redeem goods or services at the e-Shop.
• By logging into https://www.watsons-water.com "My Account" * Redeem the relevant product with the electronic water coupon Customer Service Hotline 2660-6688
• Remarks: * Must use customer number and personal password to operate
• The e-Water Coupon must be used within the validity period of the Water Coupon (3 years) and cannot be refunded, transferred or exchanged for cash or other goods, and is not applicable to any temporary change of delivery address.
• Watsons Distilled Water only accepts orders from designated billing addresses for delivery in Hong Kong. Delivery service is not applicable to remote areas (for example: restricted areas), outlying islands, Discovery Bay, Lau Fau Shan(except Tung Chung Town) and other areas and certain remote areas or places that are difficult to reach by Watsons distilled water vehicles.
• All orders are subject to the final confirmation of the availability of the relevant goods. If the company fails to provide any ordered products or services, the company reserves the right to refuse to accept the order and notify the customer on or before the delivery date.
• To cancel or change any order, the customer agrees that it is the responsibility of the customer to notify the Watsons Distilled Water Customer Service Center at least one working day prior to the delivery date.
• The minimum order quantity is: two boxes of Watsons distilled water 8 liters
• All e-Vouchers are only applicable to dropshipping areas within Hong Kong
• E-Vouchers are not refundable, transferable or exchangeable for cash or other goods and are not applicable to any temporary delivery address.
• Each e-water coupon can be exchanged for one bottle/box of Watsons distilled water of corresponding capacity. If there is any difference, no refund will be given.
• The number of all e-water coupons will be updated with each delivery confirmation invoice and displayed on the latest invoice, including current balance, new, used and latest balance
• Goods are non-refundable when they go out. It is the customer's responsibility to check the goods on the day of receipt. If there is any problem, please notify the Watsons Distilled Water Customer Service Center within the office hours# on the same day or the next working day to make arrangements, otherwise the goods will be deemed to have been accepted by the customer after seven days
