Installation Requirements
1. Before connecting the power supply, insert the water bottle upside down into the socket on the top of the machine
2. Press the hot and warm water buttons until the water flows out and the air bubbles float to the surface in the water
3. Plug the power supply into a qualified three-prong outlet
Press the power switch on the back of the machine
4. At this time, the heating indicator will light up, ready to use
5. Do not plug in power until installation is complete!
Turn off the power before changing the water, pull out the empty bottle, insert a new water bottle according to the installation method in the manual, and then connect the power
6. Compatible with different distilled water bottles (4.5L* / 8L )

Delivery Service
Free delivery is applicable to locations accessible by delivery vehicles to building with lift facility or its first floor up to 20 staircases in Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and New Territories. Delivery to outlying islands, remote or restricted areas is subject to Watsons Water's decision and the following delivery charge will be applied.
Under normal circumstances, products can be delivered within 7 to 10 working days upon order confirmation
Delivery service is limited to local areas, including general areas on Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, and the New Territories.
o Water dispensers: Enjoy free delivery service.
o Exchange Watsons Water e-vouchers: Minimum order of 3 bottles of 12/18L or 3 cases of 8/4.5L for free delivery service.
o Free delivery service excludes Paper Cup & Accessories.
o In all other cases, a delivery fee will be charged.
Normal delivery hours are 9 am to 6 pm, Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays, public and statutory holidays. If there is no one in or the delivery is rejected without reason, we reserve the right to charge the Customer a surcharge.
For locations in Lantau (excluding Tung Chung), Lamma Island, Cheung Chau and Peng Chau, additional delivery charges will be applied and separately quoted subject to the current market rate charged by the transportation agent.
For locations without lift facilities, a service fee of HK$5 and a handling fee of HK$5 will apply for each product item per floor from the 21st to 40th staircases.
