Usage Instructions: 1. After washing your hands, take the product out of the wrapper. 2. Get into a comfortable position. Most women either sit on the toilet with knees apart, squat slightly with knees bent or stand with one foot on the toilet seat. 3. Insert the applicator. Hold the outer insertion tube by the Finger Grip design with your thumb and middle finger. With the removal string hanging down, insert the tip of the applicator into your vagina at a slight upward angle (See image 1). Slide the outer insertion tube all the way into your vagina until your fingers touch your body. 4. Push the tampon inside. Push the inner tube with your pointer finger all the way into the outer tube, or use your other hand to push the inner tube (See image 2). 5. Remove the inner and outer applicator tubes at the same time (See image 3). The tampon should now be comfortably inside you, with the removal string hanging outside your body. When a tampon is inserted properly, you shouldn't feel any discomfort. If you feel uncomfortable, the tampon may not be placed far enough inside. If this happens, remove the tampon and try again with a new one. Wash your hands again after inserting the tampon. Removal 6. Relax your muscles. Slowly and gently pull the removal string downward at the same angle you used to insert the tampon (See image 4). Don't worry about the string – it's securely sewn throughout the tampon. If you feel discomfort while removing the tampon, it has not yet fully absorbed. You may either want to wear a tampon longer next time or use a lower absorbency. Disposal 7. DO NOT FLUSH. Place the used wrapper, applicator and tampon in an appropriate waste container.
