SHOCK WAVE THERAPY

1. [HONG KONG CHINESE ESSENCE LIMITE] is the service provider of [SHOCK WAVE THERAPY] and the contract of sale is made between the Vendor and the customer.
2. AS Watson Retail (HK) Limited (“Watson”) is not the service provider of such services.
3. There shall be no doctor/patient or medical healthcare professional/patient relationship established between Watson and the customer.
4. Watson makes no recommendation, representation or admission in relation to:
(a) the Vendor or any of its products or services;
(b) the registration, qualification, quality, result in relation to the Vendor or any of its products or its personnel providing services on its behalf;
(c) any information, recommendation, advice, diagnosis, treatment, service, medical certificate and/or any prescription.
5. Watson shall not be responsible for any loss, injury, damage or legal action caused by the services and/or product provided by the Vendor.
6. Any claim and enquiry in relation to the products or services should be directed to the Vendor directly.
