①Power button
When the machine is off: press and hold for 1.5 seconds to turn on the machine, the light will be on for a long time, and the machine will enter into the mode 2: Menstrual Abdominal Rub Mode, and the heating will be turned on to high gear.
In the on state: long press the power button for 1.5 seconds or 15min timer, the massager will shut down and all functions will be off (the indicator light is off).
②Heating key
In the boot state: short press the heating key to heat the low gear (Warm), short press again to heat the high gear (Hot), short press again to heat the corresponding heating indicator light off.
③Mode key
Press the Mode button to select the following modes of belly rubbing.
Place the product on the desktop with the massage head facing up.
-Mode 1: Adb.Health (For abdominal distension/promoting digestion)
The product rotates counterclockwise at 80% for 30 seconds, then counterclockwise at 100% for 30 seconds; then clockwise at 80% for 30 seconds, then clockwise at 100% for 30 seconds, and so on.
-Mode 2: Fitting (Abdominal Fat Burning/Enhancement of Metabolism)
The product starts to rotate counterclockwise at 100%, after 20 seconds, rotate clockwise at 80% for 20 seconds, and so on.
Note: In the constipation mode, the function of hot compress (high gear heating Hot) is turned on by default, and the heating can be turned off as needed.
-Mode 3: Period (Relieve Menstrual Pain / Revitalize Blood and Qi)
The product rotates counterclockwise at 60% for 30 seconds, then clockwise at 60% for another 30 seconds, and so on.
Note: In menstruation mode, warm compress (low heating warm) function is enabled by default, and the heating can be turned off as needed.
-Mode 4: Single heating mode (no indicator light in mode 4)
Mode key off, only heating on, heating can be controlled by high and low gears.
-When charging: the red light at the switch is flashing, and the white light is on when fully charged.
