兩個可以喺屋企做既運動, 究竟做 sit up 定原地踏步,較有效減肚腩?
To have amazing abs, how many sit-ups should be done?
答案係原地踏步!因為原地踏步屬於帶氧運動嘅一種,就好似跑步、游水、踏單車一樣,每日做超過 30 分鐘,配合均衡飲食,就可以達到較佳既消脂效果。
The answer is, doing sit-ups may not give you those amazing abs! The key to lose belly fat is to perform aerobic exercise, e.g. jogging, swimming, cycling, etc. for more than 30 minutes, with a balanced diet consumed.
相反,sit up 係一種主要鍛鍊腹部肌肉既無氧運動,就好似掌上壓,一般只可以維持一至兩分鐘,對消脂既作用唔大。要消脂,記得要均衡飲食,加埋做帶氧運動啦!
Sit-ups, as an anaerobic exercise, similar to push-ups and lifting weights, could help you build up muscles but it won’t help you lose those belly fats directly.
