最好的第一口食物 My baby first bite!

 

 

父母常常問,給寶寶嘗試的第一口固體食物最好是什麼?没有一種食物是最好的,為寶寶準備固體食物時,父母只要注意以下事項,便可一步一步地為寶寶建立一個健康的飲食習慣。

 

Parents always want to know what the best solid food for their baby’s first bite is. When we start a baby on solid food, there is no such thing as the “best food” to start with. Remember the following tips to help your baby build a healthy eating habit step by step.

 

– 每次嘗試新食材時,食材必須是單一成份

– 沖調寶寶的糊仔要由稀到稠,讓寶寶慢慢適應

– 寶寶可能要嘗試同一款食材達 15 次或以上才學會慢慢喜歡那種食材,父母要多給一點耐性!

– 父母做個好榜樣!不偏食!

 

– Always start with pure single ingredient food

– Start with a consistency similar to the formula and thicken it gradually

– It may take up to 15 times for a baby start liking a new food, keep trying!

– Be your baby role model, eat with them at the table and don’t be picky
