3. This voucher is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products or discounts.
4. Once this voucher has been registered and confirmed, it is non-transferable.
5. On the day of the appointment, customer must present this voucher.
6. This voucher must be registered and redeemed within 14 days of purchase, otherwise it will be deemed invalid.
7. To redeem the designated service, customer must make an appointment by phone at least two working days in advance.
8. Customer must register voucher online in order to proceed with appointment booking.
9. If customer has not been contacted by Virtus Medical Group within 2 days of voucher registration, customer should call +852 8102 2022 to make an appointment. Customer must inform centre staff of voucher redemption and PIN upon booking appointment.
10. This voucher can only be redeemed one time and cannot be used if lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed. No replacement will be provided in these circumstances.
11. Virtus Medical Group and Watsons reserve the right to vary/amend the offers and the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In case of any dispute, the decision of Virtus Medical Group and Watsons shall be final.
12. The designated check-up service is provided by Virtus Medical Group’s Virtus Women Health Centre.
