Product Usage
For external use only. Do not eat.•Do not use on children. Please use under supervision on those who are unable to remove the heat patch by themselves such as the elderly or physically disabled.•Only tear to open the sachet when you are ready to use. Tear to open the sachet by hand (do not cut) and take out the heat patch.•Remove the thin film, adhere the heat patch to the outside of the clothing or underwear around the base of the neck.•Do not knead the product, it is air-activated, it warms up gradually and reaches maximum heat within 30 minutes.
